This site uses very few cookies, and every one it sets is needed to make registration and login work. This page names each of them, so you can see exactly what is stored on your device.
1. What a Cookie Is
A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to keep. On the next page you open, the browser sends it back, which is how a website can remember that you are logged in or that a form is half-finished. A cookie cannot read other files on your device.
2. The Cookies We Set
All four are strictly necessary — the site cannot log you in, hold a form or protect a submission without them. None of them is used to track you.

Your language choice is not stored in a cookie — it lives in the web address itself (/en or /hi).
3. Cookies Set by Others
Two outside services run on this site, and only on the one page each is needed for. Both may set their own cookies when they load:
- Google reCAPTCHA, on the registration form, to tell a real person from an automated script. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Razorpay Checkout, on the payment page, to process the fee securely. See Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
Neither loads on any other page of this site.
4. What We Do Not Use
There are no analytics cookies and no advertising cookies on this site. We do not use Google Analytics, we carry no advertising or social media pixel, and nothing here follows you to other websites. Our typefaces are served from our own server rather than a font network, so opening a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
5. Why There Is No Cookie Banner
A consent banner exists to ask permission for cookies that are not necessary — tracking and advertising ones. We do not set any. Every cookie in the table above is required for you to log in, complete a form or submit it safely, so there is nothing to ask you to accept or refuse. If that ever changes, we will add a banner and update this page first.
6. Controlling Cookies
Every browser lets you see, block or delete cookies from its settings or privacy menu. Please note that blocking cookies on this site will stop you from logging in, and a part-finished registration will be lost, because the cookies that do that work are the ones being blocked.
7. Changes to This Policy
If we add or remove a cookie, we will update the table above and the date at the top of this page.
