Chairman’s Message

Traditionally, academic Olympiads have served as platforms to test individual proficiency in formal disciplines like mathematics, sciences, and languages. While these competitive arenas sharpen analytical intellect, they measure success through a standardized, classroom-bound lens.

The National Adivasi Olympiad is conceptualized on a fundamentally different paradigm. It is not merely a test of academic recall, but an intellectual and cultural movement to reclaim, celebrate and honor the living heritage of Adivasi identity.

The curriculum of this Olympiad is rooted in the living reality of our people. It encompasses the Tribal Wisdom & Traditional Knowledge Systems, wherein we will understand ecological balance, ethnobotany, oral philosophies and sustainable co-existence. We posit questions on unearthing the unwritten narratives of Adivasi resistance, valor and early leaders who fought for sovereignty and autonomy.

The Adivasi Olympiad will be celebrating indigenous games of physical agility and indigenous agrarian techniques that embody collective labor and deep soil reverence. We will also explore the richness of our art, music and linguistic heritage, and recognize modern Adivasi leaders, scholars and changemakers making global marks.
