Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 31 August 2026

These terms govern the use of this website and participation in the 1st National Adivasi Olympiad 2026. By registering a student, you accept them on that student's behalf.

1. Acceptance

Because every candidate is a school student in Class 6 to Class 10, a registration must be completed by a parent or legal guardian, or by the student with their parent's or guardian's consent. Whoever completes it accepts these terms on the student's behalf. If you do not accept them, please do not register.

We may change these terms. The date above shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the version published here.

2. Eligibility

  • The examination is open to Adivasi students — Scheduled Tribe and Particularly Vulnerable Tribal Group (PVTG) — studying in Class 6 to Class 10.
  • One student may hold only one registration for a given year. Duplicate registrations may be cancelled.
  • We may ask for proof of class, age or category at any stage, including on examination day.
  • A registration obtained by giving false information may be cancelled at any time, including after the result is published.

3. Your Account

  • The student logs in with the registered mobile number and the password chosen at registration. Keep the password private; you are responsible for what is done through the account.
  • Give a mobile number you actually control. It is how we send the admit card, the result and every other notice.
  • The name entered at registration is printed on the admit card and on the certificate. Check its spelling before you submit; corrections after the admit card is issued may not be possible.
  • Tell us at once if you believe someone else has access to the account.

4. Registration Fee

  • The registration fee is ₹300 per student, and it covers the official workbook, practice material, the admit card and the digital certificate.
  • It is paid online only, through Razorpay on this website. The fee is never collected in cash — anyone asking you for cash is not us.
  • A registration is confirmed only once the fee is received. Until then the seat is not held.
  • Refunds and cancellations are dealt with in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. The Examination

  • The examination is held offline, on paper, using OMR answer sheets.
  • The examination centre is allotted by the organisers. A preference cannot be guaranteed.
  • The admit card must be brought to the centre, together with the identity proof named on it.
  • Copying, impersonation, carrying a mobile phone, tampering with examination materials, interfering with the evaluation process or any other unfair means will result in disqualification, without refund. A disqualification decision is final, subject to any review mechanism announced by the organisers.
  • The examination date, centre or format may change if circumstances require. We will inform registered candidates through the contact details they gave us.

6. Results and Ranking

  • Answer sheets are machine-scored. Ranks are published at district, state and national level.
  • Prizes and recognitions are as announced by the organisers and may be varied.
  • The organisers' decision on evaluation, ranking and eligibility is final.
  • Answer sheets are not returned. Any re-checking, where offered, will follow the process announced with the result.

7. Acceptable Use of This Website

You agree not to:

  • Create a registration in someone else's name without their knowledge, or enter information you know to be false
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy or bulk-download anything from this site
  • Attempt to bypass login, payment or any other security control, or to access a record that is not yours
  • Interfere with the working of the site, or upload anything harmful to it
  • Use the site or its content for commercial solicitation

8. Content You Send Us

If you send us photographs, testimonials, comments, feedback or other material, you confirm that you have the right to share it. Do not send anything confidential, unlawful, defamatory or infringing. We may remove content that breaks these terms or the law.

9. Photographs and Event Media

Photographs and videos may be taken at examinations, award ceremonies, workshops and related events and used for documentation, education, reporting and promotion, with consent where the law requires it. How they are handled — and how a parent or guardian can raise a concern — is set out in our Privacy Policy.

10. Intellectual Property

The question papers, workbook, practice material, website content, the Olympiad name and the seal belong to the organisers or their licensors. You may view and print them for the registered student's own preparation. Reproducing, republishing or selling them, and reproducing a question paper in any form, requires our written permission.

11. No Warranty

The website and its content are provided as they are. We do not warrant that the site will always be available or free of error, that information on it is complete or current, or that participation will produce any particular outcome for a student. Please also read our Disclaimer.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, the organisers are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or from participation in the examination — including travel or accommodation expense incurred for an examination that is postponed or relocated. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify the organisers against claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from a breach of these terms, from information you gave that was untrue, or from unlawful use of the site through your account.

14. Suspension and Cancellation

We may suspend or cancel an account or a registration where these terms have been breached, where a registration is duplicated or fraudulent, or where the safety or fairness of the examination requires it. Where a cancellation is our decision and no fault of the student, the fee is refunded under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

Payment is processed by Razorpay and the registration form is protected by Google reCAPTCHA, each under its own terms. Links to other websites are offered for convenience only and we are not responsible for them.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any part of these terms is held to be invalid, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right on one occasion, we do not give it up.

18. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cookies Policy, govern the use of this website and participation in the Olympiad, subject to any rules issued separately for a specific examination or programme.
