Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 30 August 2026

This policy explains when the registration fee is refunded and when it is not, and how to ask for a refund. Please read it before you pay.

1. The Fee

The registration fee is ₹300 per student, per registration. It covers the official workbook, practice material, the OMR answer sheet, examination administration, the admit card and the digital certificate. Most of that cost is committed as soon as a registration is confirmed, which is why the fee is treated as an examination fee rather than a deposit.

2. The Fee Is Non-Refundable Once the Registration Is Confirmed

Once a registration has been confirmed, the fee is not refundable — including where the student later decides not to appear, is absent on examination day, is disqualified for unfair means, or is dissatisfied with the result. This is the ordinary practice for examination fees.

3. When We Do Refund

We refund the fee in full in these situations:

  • You paid twice for the same student. The duplicate payment is returned in full.
  • Money left your account but the registration was never confirmed — for example a payment that failed part-way. Wait 24 hours first: a delayed confirmation usually completes on its own. If it does not, write to us and we will trace it.
  • We cancel the examination without offering a rescheduled date.
  • We cancel a registration ourselves for a reason that is not the student's fault.

We refund the whole fee or none of it. We do not make partial refunds, because the fee is a single flat amount.

4. If the Examination Is Postponed

If the examination is postponed or a centre is moved, the registration carries over to the new date or centre and the fee is not refunded. Travel, accommodation and other expenses you may have incurred are not reimbursed.

5. How to Ask for a Refund

Write to us within 7 days of the payment, at the email address or phone number at the foot of this page, giving:

  • The registration number, and the student's name and mobile number
  • The date and amount of the payment
  • The payment reference or transaction ID from your bank, UPI app or the confirmation message

We acknowledge a request within 3 working days and tell you our decision within 15 working days.

6. How a Refund Is Paid

  • An online payment is refunded to the same card, UPI ID or bank account it came from. We cannot send it anywhere else.
  • Once we approve it, Razorpay usually credits the money within 5 to 7 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.
  • We do not deduct a processing charge from a refund.

7. Cancellation by the Student

A student may withdraw from the examination at any time by writing to us, but a confirmed fee is not refunded on withdrawal. A registration cannot be transferred to another student, to another class, or to a later year.

8. Cancellation by the Organisers

We may cancel a registration that is duplicated, that was obtained by giving false information, or where the fee was never actually received. Where the cancellation is the student's fault, no refund is due. Where it is not, the fee is refunded in full under section 3.

9. A Note on Fraud

We only ever collect the fee online, through this website, and never in cash. We never ask for an OTP, a PIN or a password, and we never ask you to install an app or share your screen to receive a refund. Anyone doing so is not us. Please report them to us on the number below.
